Our Waterways

The natural waterways throughout our neighborhood are a refuge for wildlife, add timeless beauty, and provide a place to pause, breathe it all in, and just be...

Parkway Boulevard is the main artery that runs through LPEE, leading you past the heart of our community - the Clubhouse and sports complex. Continue down the road and you will pass Pine View Elementary and Pine View Middle School, and arrive at Cypress Creek Preserve where you can hike, camp, fish and explore.

Cypress Creek Preserve

The floodplain on which the Preserve is located is owned and managed as conservation land by the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and is a natural buffer that filters out runoff pollution and helps provide a clean water supply for the metropolitan Tampa area. It also provides a scenic setting for hikers to spend a day in the Florida wilderness.

A Great Location

The Shops at Wiregrass and Tampa Premium Outlets are located only a few miles away for your shopping convenience,  you can hit a few rounds of golf at the nearby Saddlebrook Resort & Spa, or explore the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), all within minutes of our location. Let the kids discover the Florida Aquarium, a glass-domed marine wonderland, with more than 10,000 aquatic plants and animals. LPEE also puts you within reach of Wilderness Park, a 16,000-acre preserve wrapped around the Hillsborough River.

Delve into history at the Tampa Bay History Center; get a taste of the local Cuban culture in Ybor City. Our location gives you easy access to the Henry B. Plant Museum, where Teddy Roosevelt and his Rough Riders headquartered in the 1890s. Explore Bayshore Boulevard, known as the world's longest unbroken sidewalk and site of the swashbuckling Gasparilla Pirate Festival.

Of course you can always take a short day trip to famous beaches along the Gulf Coast, as well as St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
